Visible Head-shot Profile Picture Required
Naturist Hub is unique from other platforms in that one of the user requirements is a visible "head-shot" profile photo. The reason for this is that we had some bad experiences with members who did not post a profile photo or used a Meme or Avatar and then felt free to post inappropriate content without accountability. We are deeply committed to keep the platform dedicated to genuine non-sexual Naturism and found the need to require a visible head-shot.

Naturist Hub is an online social network dedicated to genuine Naturist Philosophy. We encourage posting about Naturism, Naturist Resorts, Places to Go Nude, Naturist Travel & Cruises, Events and Activities. We also welcome Nudist Businesses, Resorts and Naturist Event Marketers to participate.

#NoPorn - NaturistHub.com is an online Community for Genuine Naturists and is dedicated to promoting Wholesome, Non-Sexual, Nude and Clothing Optional Recreation. As such, we DO allow posting images of people without clothing. However, we do not want "pornography" or "exhibitionists" to infiltrate the platform so we insist upon the following guidelines regarding images posted:

While we allow nudity, we are different than most other nudist social sites in that we limit it to genuine Naturist images. In general, we define "Naturist" images as those which may show people experiencing life without clothing, but are NOT focused on their genitals or sexually suggestive or provocative.
  • We do NOT allow "Sexualized" or "Sexually Suggestive" images of people. => This is a site dedicated to non-sexual Naturism.
  • We do NOT allow X-Rated images. => If you post pornographic images, they will be deleted and you will be banned from NaturistHub.com.
  • If you are not in the picture, if you didn't take the picture, or if you don't have the approval of the person(s) in the picture with a signed photo release => it does NOT belong here on Naturist Hub.
  • We do NOT allow pictures showing any state of sexual “arousal” (full or semi ) on the site. => Just don't do it!   The image will be reported by the community and your login & profile will be deleted without recourse.
  • We do NOT allow photos with your Legs Spread Open. => We interpret photos with your Legs Spread Open as “exhibitionist” and not Naturist which will be reported by the community and deleted by the Admin.
  • We do NOT allow “Headless Nudes” where the photo is cropped at the neck.
  • We do NOT allow "Blurred Face" images. => If you don't want us to see your face, we don't need to see your genitals either.
  • We do NOT allow "crotch shots", "dick-pics", "legs-spread", "bend-overs", "torso-focused" or any other sexually suggestive images (pornography).
  • We do NOT Allow Genital Jewelry => Photos of people wearing genital jewelry inherently bring the focus of the photo to their genitals. We do not allow photos that are focused on your genitals and will be deleted.
  • We do NOT Allow "Boudoir" photos. => No sexy-lingerie photos or other type of sexually provocative images.
  • We do NOT allow posting ANY images of children; even in a family setting.
  • You agree and understand that if you post ANY compromising images of Children, which may be interpreted as Child Pornography, you will be immediately reported to your local Police.

#NoCreeps - Any kind of harassment is strictly against our philosophy. This includes, but isn't limited to: sexual remarks, sexual images, offensive name-calling, purposeful embarrassment, threatening, cyber-bullying, sustained sending of unwanted messages and/or pictures and so on. --> Remember: "You're So Hot" or "Nice boobs" are NOT a compliments and these types of comments will not be tolerated on Naturist Hub.

#NoHate - Naturist Hub communities are intended to enable lively, but civil interaction. Please observe our #NoHate policy that avoids use of language that is abusive or degrading, excessive foul language, or includes personal attacks. This type of aggressive posting will not be tolerated. Naturist Hub reserves the right to determine what constitutes inappropriate behavior or images and to ban offenders at its sole discretion. Naturist Hub will remove any person or post that insults or degrades or threatens on the basis of:

User-Submissions

Certain areas of the NaturistHub.com website permit you to submit posts, polls, articles, comments, images, photographs, graphics, video, feedback, information, data, text, messages, or other Content (each, a “user-submission”, “User-Submission” or “User Submission”). By posting a user-submission; whether an image, video, post, blog, article, social media posts, contributed via RSS, written directly on the site, or comments, the contributor agrees to give Naturist Hub a perpetual, non-exclusive license to render user-submissions on NaturistHub.com.

By creating and posting a User-Submission you grant to Naturist Hub a license to (a) display your User-Submissions (or any modification thereto), in whole or in part, in any format or medium now known or later developed to users who have logged into the Naturist Hub website with their email and password and (b) that Naturist Hub does not pre-screen, limit or vett logged in users and (c) Naturist Hub reserves the right to display advertisements in connection with User-Submissions.

Users have the functionality to delete their own posts and images. Users may also submit a written request to have User-Submissions deleted.

Naturist Hub will not knowingly share or sell User-Submissions or User-Data with or to any other entity.

You agree that you are solely responsible for all of your User-Submissions and that if you post an image that violates a copyright you take sole responsibility for any litigation and all damages and release Max Digital Web and Naturist Hub from any liability related to your use of the Website.

Each User Submission has a feature where other users can "report" the post as inappropriate, offensive or otherwise against guidelines. If your User Submission is Reported by another user as against our guidelines Naturist Hub management will make an arbitrary decision whether or not the post violates our guidelines (i.e. posting pornography or hate) and if it is determined the image or post does violate our guidelines, it will be removed without seeking permission from the user who originally submitted the violating post or image and that user may be banned from the Naturist Hub website or issued a trackable warning. If the violation happens a second time, the user will be banned from the platform.

You acknowledge and understand that Naturist Hub may, but is not obligated to, pre-screen User-Submissions or monitor any area of the Naturist Hub Website through which User-Submissions may be submitted. Naturist Hub is not required to host, display, or distribute any User-Submissions on or through the Naturist Hub Website and may remove at any time or refuse any User-Submissions for any reason. Naturist Hub is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of any kind to any User-Submissions.

Naturist Hub does not want to receive any User Submission that is confidential. You understand and agree that any User Submission will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary and that Naturist Hub is programed to post your User Submission absent any review or obligation of confidence on the part of the recipient. Content Contributors

Naturist Hub publishes user contributed content in the form of articles, posts and comments. By providing content either via RSS feed or directly on the site, comments or other content to the site, contributors agree to the following:

1. Contributors may cease contributing new content at any time by emailing the site editorial team.

2. Naturist Hub reserves the right to not publish contributed content at Naturist Hub’s discretion.

3. Naturist Hub will attribute content to the author.

4. Naturist Hub reserves the right to syndicate all contributed content in summary form via RSS to third parties.

5. All contributed content may contain the author’s byline, a very brief biography of the author, and, in the case of material provided to us via RSS from the author’s own blog, a link back to the original post in the footer of the full post.

6. Contributing authors are solely responsible for the originality and accuracy of their submissions.

7. Naturist Hub has a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism. Naturist Hub recognizes that blogging is a heavily referential medium and that bloggers frequently cite and quote from each other’s work. Such citations might be protected under the legal doctrine of fair use. However, Naturist Hub will remove any post that crosses the line from fair use to plagiarism, at Naturist Hub’s sole discretion. Authors who knowingly submit plagiarized work may be banned from Naturist Hub communities.

8. Naturist Hub reserves the right to remove any sharing links or advertising accompanying contributed posts.

9. Naturist Hub reserves the right to set fonts and styles, adjust image alignments, and otherwise alter post layout to insure that posts comply with Naturist Hub’s global site styling.

10. From time to time, Naturist Hub may need to display summary versions of contributed content. In such cases, Naturist Hub may edit posts in summary form. Such summaries will contain a link to the full and unaltered post. In such circumstances, Naturist Hub will strive to preserve the original meaning and intent of the content.

11. Naturist Hub reserves the right to edit post headlines for clarity or search engine optimization (keyword inclusion).

12. Naturist Hub reserves the right to make corrections for spelling and grammar.

13. Naturist Hub reserves the right to reproduce blogger bios and accompanying pictures in Naturist Hub’s marketing and promotional Content.

Naturist Hub Website Visitors

Non-Acceptable Behavior Naturist Hub does not allow Pornographic images to be posted.

Naturist Hub reserves the right to determine what constitutes inappropriate behavior and to bar offenders at its sole discretion. Access

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any action concerning these Terms, or the parties’ rights or obligations pursuant hereto shall be instituted in either the state or federal courts located in and for San Jose, California and all parties further agree to the exclusive personal and subject matter jurisdiction of said courts. The parties hereby waive any rights they may have to a change of venue. In the event that any party commences any legal or equitable action or other proceeding, no party shall be entitled to recover any attorney’s fees.

In the event that any party commences any legal or equitable action or other proceeding (including arbitration), the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any attorney’s fees.

Any Claim shall be arbitrated or litigated, as the case may be, on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated with any Claim of any other party whether through class action proceedings, class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

Each of the parties hereby knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally waives any right it may have to a trial by jury in respect of any litigation (including but not limited to any claims, counterclaims, cross-claims, or third-party claims) arising out of, under, or in connection with these Terms of Use. Further, each party hereto certifies that no representative or agent of either party has represented, expressly or otherwise, that such party would not in the event of such litigation, seek to enforce this waiver of right to jury trial provision. Each of the parties acknowledges that this section is a material inducement for the other party entering into these Terms of Use.

Exclusions and limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain damages. Accordingly, some of the above disclaimers and limitations of liability may not apply to you. To the extent that any Naturist Hub Party may not, as a matter of applicable law, disclaim any implied warranty or limit its liabilities, the scope and duration of such warranty and the extent of the Naturist Hub Party’s liability shall be the minimum permitted under such applicable law.
